1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using CastWithMe ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
CastWithMe is a multi-device browser and mobile teaching studio software providing real-time vector whiteboard drawing, camera stream synchronization, and direct on-device lecture recording.
3. Subscription Tiers & Billing Disclosures
Free Tier: Free forever. Includes 5-minute maximum recording per session and 5 room code generations per day.
Solo Educator Plan (1 Seat): ₹749 per month, or ₹599 per month billed annually (₹7,188/year). Unlocks 1 teacher seat, unlimited recording duration, 4K UHD 60FPS export, and custom branding.
Coaching Plan (4 Seats): ₹1,999 per month. Includes 4 Faculty/Teacher accounts (~₹500/seat) and centralized coaching logo watermarks.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Google Play Store account, Apple App Store account, or online payment portal.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
All educational materials, drawings, slides, audio lectures, and recorded videos created using CastWithMe remain 100% your sole intellectual property. CastWithMe claims zero ownership over your content.
